メドトロニック イノベーション センター（MIC）のオペレーションチームマネージャーとして、施設管理、プログラム運営支援、AV/IT機器の管理、配信プログラムの技術サポート、ショーケースの活用促進、来訪者対応など、MICの運営に関わる広範な業務を統括していただきます。

このポジションでは、Operational Excellence（業務の卓越性）を追求し、プロセス改善やデジタル技術の活用を通じて、MICの価値向上に貢献することが求められます。また、少人数のチームを率い、メンバーの強みを活かしながら、社内外の多様なステークホルダーと連携し、円滑な運営と継続的な改善を推進していただきます。

MICは医療従事者や従業員に教育機会を提供することで、セラピーイノベーションの実現と安全で適切な医療の普及に貢献しています。顧客から「また使いたい」「また来たい」と言っていただけるような、価値ある体験を提供することが私たちの目標です。

Main Responsibilities:

“A Day in the Life”

このポジションでは、MICにおける日常の運営支援業務を中心に、オペレーションチームのマネジメントを担っていただきます。具体的には以下の業務を含みます。

• MICユーザー（医療従事者・社内関係者）に対するプログラム実施時の支援業務（設備・AV機器の使用サポート、受付対応、更衣室案内、プログラムに必要な備品の準備など、現場での運営支援全般）

• 予約情報の確認・管理、予約システムの運用・管理、利用者からの問い合わせ対応

• 施設管理業務（設備点検、業者対応、備品管理など）

• プログラムの配信・収録に関する技術サポート

• MIC AV/ITシステムの日常管理と不具合対応（業者との連携含む）

• 来客・見学対応（ツアーガイド含む）

• MICルールのアップデート、ユーザーへの分かりやすい情報提供やベストプラクティスの共有（イントラネット更新、説明資料、Newsletter記事など）

• ショーケースエリアの展示物更新に関する部門・ベンダーとの調整

• 購買・支払処理業務

Must Haves

Knowledge/Education：

• 学士以上

**Job Experience：　**

• Operational Excellence: オペレーション業務全般（施設管理、顧客対応、AV/IT機器管理など）とプロセス改善の実務経験

• People Management: チームのマネジメント経験（業務調整、育成、コミュニケーション促進など）

• Customer Experience: 顧客満足を重視した対応力（来訪者対応、プログラム支援、フィードバック対応など）

• Digital Innovation:デジタル技術を活用した教育支援・業務効率化

**Competencies/Language Skills：　**

• 多様な情報や人との関わりから本質を見極める思考力

• 自ら課題を設定し、主体的に行動できる問題解決力

• 社内外のステークホルダーとの円滑な調整・コミュニケーション能力

• 顧客や社員のニーズを理解し、適切に対応できる柔軟性と共感力

• 英語でのミーティング参加・MICツアー対応が可能な英会話力

IT Skills:

• Outlook、Excel、PowerPoint、Word、Share Pointの活用スキル

• i Phone・i Padアプリの活用スキル

勤務条件

• 本ポジションはMIC（川崎）に常駐勤務いただくことが前提です。リモート勤務は基本的に対象外です。

• 勤務日は水曜～日曜で、月曜・火曜が定休となります。

• MICは週7日稼働体制ですが、個人の勤務は週休2日制を基本とし、年間休日数はメドトロニックの規定に準じます。
