Join our team as Strategic Accounts Management Lead for Riyadh, owning relationships with top hospitals to drive growth, expand therapy adoption, and deliver high impact value solutions. Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining Senior/C-Suite level relationships with strategic partners and working with them to identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Develops and drives appropriate portfolio management strategy in collaboration with the Business Units to expand and protect market share, optimize pricing strategy, and build long-term contractual agreements and relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Responsible for understanding the assigned account's strategic priorities and developing appropriate value-added programs for each account
- Develops, communicates, and implements business plans to achieve strategic target business results
- Identifies and develops ongoing mutual opportunities for sales growth with key strategic accounts
- Develops proposals and assesses customer needs in order to recommend customized products/services
- Works to achieve individual sales targets and execute on sales strategy by developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts, expanding and developing new markets, and building strategic client base
- May manage multiple large accounts or large, complex, high visibility, strategic, or tactically important accounts, involving multiple team members
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Proven business acumen with the ability to negotiate complex contract terms and manage end-to-end agreements
- Minimum of bachelor's degree, preferably in field of business, economics, life sciences or biomedical engineering, and preferably MBA
- Minimum of 13 years of relevant experience with 3-5 years in management roles
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry in Saudi Arabia and region
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- High level of financial acumen skills given extensive focus in role of deal architecting and financial analysis and excellent computer literacy including a high level of knowledge MS Office suite of software
- Fluent in Arabic and English
