A Day in the Life＜ポジション名＞ Field Technical Service Specialist＜勤務地＞

＜部門について＞

Surgical Operation Unit (サージカル)では、外科用医療機器メーカーのパイオニアとして、外科手術で使用されるステープリング、エナジー、スーチャー、ヘルニアなどの医療機器を中心とした製品を取り扱っています。また外科手術支援ロボット及びデジタルサージェリー製品部門と共に構成された事業部になります。

＜業務内容＞

医療用大型機器の設置・保守点検・修理サービス

• 顧客への設置前確認・設置・定期点検・修理・ソフトウェアアップグレード・技術問合せ対応業務の提供

• 新規市場導入に関わるサービス準備サポート

• サービス業務管理（設置情報管理、苦情情報管理、保守パーツ管理、測定器管理、等）

• 営業デモ・顧客トレーニングサポートおよびデモ機メンテナンス

• 関連部門との業務連携

• 保守サービス契約販売推進

• 海外製造元とのコミュニケーション、海外トレーニングへの参加

• 法規制遵守（薬機法、関連法規、修理業、QMS関連）

＜Must Haves＞

Job Experience:

• 医療機器業界でのField Service Engineer業務経験が3年以上

Skill / Knowledge

• TOEIC 600点以上（英語でのコミュニケーションに不自由のないこと）

• 医療機器の保守点検・修理業務理解

• 薬機法、関連法規等に関する基本的な理解

• 英文マニュアル読解力

• 海外カウンターパートとの業務遂行経験

• MSオフィス（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）を用いた文書作成に必要なPCスキル

• 普通自動車運転免許

• 宿泊を伴う国内海外出張が可能なこと

• 規模拡張に応じた国内勤務地変更にも柔軟に対応可能であること

Competency

• プロジェクトマネジメント能力

• 的確なコミュニケーション能力（日本語・英語）

Education:

• 学士以上（学部・学科は問わない）

• 臨床工学技士

• 医療機器修理業責任技術者

＜Working Style＞

• 基本は客先およびトレーニングセンターにて業務を行い、週1~2日程度の在宅勤務も可。

• 休日出勤が発生した場合、代休を取得していただきます（休日出勤頻度 2~3回/月程度）
