A Day in the Life

＜ポジション名＞ Customer Trainer, Surgical Robotics

＜部門について＞

Surgical Operation Unit (サージカル)では、外科用医療機器メーカーのパイオニアとして、外科手術で使用されるステープリング、エナジー、スーチャー、ヘルニアなどの医療機器を中心とした製品を取り扱っています。また外科手術支援ロボット及びデジタルサージェリー製品部門と共に構成された事業部になります。

＜業務内容＞

サージカルロボティクス カスタマートレーニングチームは、Hugoを安全に使用開始できるためのシステムのセットアップ方法、コンソールやアームの操作方法、インストゥルメントの使用方法などを、テクニカルトレーニングを通じて顧客に習得いただき、Certificateを発行することで、各学会のガイドラインが定めるロボット手術実施のための医師の準備をサポートすることをメイン業務としています。

キャピタルレップ／セールスレップ、スタートアップスペシャリスト、トレーニングコーディネーター等とコミュニケーションを取りながら、システムがインストールされた施設のトレーニング参加希望医師のプロファイル確認、日程確保、必要なリソースの確保等を行った上で、テクニカルトレーニングを実施します。

カスタマートレーナーとしてのCertificateを取得したトレーナーのみが、顧客へのCertificateを発行する資格を持っています。そのため、最初にトレーニングを受けCertificateを取得していただきます。

以下のような業務があり、その他にも割り当てられることもあります。

• Hugoの操作、特性などを正しく理解し、顧客へ伝達する

• レップやスタートアップスペシャリストからのHCP情報、インストール情報のチェック

• トレーニングカレンダーのアップデート

• トレーニングの予約

• トレーニングに必要な人員の確保・配置（参加Traineeに応じた）

• トレーニングに必要なシステムの確保

• トレーニング日程の調整（参加Traineeに応じた）

• スタートアップスペシャリストのオンサイトアクティビティに応じたトレーニング提供内容のアレンジ

• イベント申請（MSコンサル申請、ラボ申請等）に必要な情報をコーディネーターに連携

• トレーニングイベントを完了するための在庫管理

• 受講者の実施記録（申し込み、受講サイン等）作成

• トレーニング受講結果を評価し、HCPにCertificate授与

• 必要に応じて事前オンサイトトレーニングやリトレーニング実施

• トレーニング内容やデバイスのアップデートをトレーニングプログラムに反映させる

• エクスペリエンスラボの手配、当日のリード

＜Must Haves＞

Job Experience:

• 医療機器での営業経験5年以上

Skill / Knowledge

• 高いコミュニケーション能力

• 問題解決力

Education:

• 学士以上（学部・学科は問わない）

• 外科領域または手術室関連製品の営業経験5年以上

• 週数日トレーニングサイト（川崎）出社、愛知への出張あり、土日祝祭日の出勤あり
