As Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions Consultant, you will connect with client hospitals, understand and analyze their most pressing business challenges and deliver high value services which improve their quality, productivity, and patient- and staff experience. You will work – with your team - on projects across our partnerships to deliver quality and improve healthcare.
This is a role focused on working in Greece (across various hospital clients) with a willingness to travel within Greece and occasionally within EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). It is possible to work alternately on-site and remotely, depending on the consulting assignments.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include the following; other duties may be assigned:
- Demonstrate a strong passion for helping leading hospital customers improve healthcare outcomes while contributing to the growth of our consulting practice
- Manage complex stakeholder environments at multiple levels, both on the client side and within Medtronic, by developing clear, well-articulated situational analyses and compelling business cases for change
- Lead client partnerships by driving the strategic agenda, project timelines, and overall quality of engagements—from analysis through implementation. You will be hands-on and actively contribute to the development of high-impact content
- Build, inspire, and develop the team by fostering skills development and supporting individual growth
- Identify and drive commercial opportunities that support business growth
- Act as an ambassador for IHS within the organization by capturing learnings and best practices, contributing to the international client network, and actively sharing insights with both clients and internal teams
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Relevant Master's degree with excellent academic and extracurricular performance
- Several years of relevant consulting experience, e.g. strategy consulting in a top-tier firm, Big 4, healthcare consulting or 10+ years of industry experience
- Knowledge or experience in the healthcare industry
- Fluency in English and Greek required, other languages is a plus
- Proven track record in driving end-to-end transformation: from analysis to implementation
- Program management: planning & coordinating, communicating & influencing, building relationships, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks, driving agenda
- Thorough understanding of the healthcare system and its dynamics

Pay Range (Greece): 56,240.00 EUR - 84,360.00 EUR
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
