A Day in the Life

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and performance of our database, as well as regular updates, troubleshooting issues, and supporting internal teams with data-related needs. Compile reports to show progress and escalate activities at risk for their due dates. Detail-oriented and proactive individual and ensure all quality documents meet Good Documentation Practices.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Evaluates incoming information and maintains the record in the electronic database and/or in excel spreadsheets.

• Maintain and update database to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Monitor database performance and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Perform database regular data audits and clean-up activities.

• Handle data imports and exports, and migrations

• Ensure data security, backups, and recovery processes are in place

• Ensures quality documentation meets all MDT requirements per internal procedures

• Performs follow up activities to obtain additional information.

• Ensures record documentation is maintained in a constant state of audit readiness per internal policies; identifying gaps and following up with OUs/regions/applicable owners to resolve.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Requires a University Degree and minimum of 1-2 years relevant Quality experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience with Good Documentation Practices

• Excellent knowledge of Excel

• Detail oriented and an agile learner
