A Day in the Life
Newly created role to support Affera.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Provide technical, educational, clinical and sales support to assist the Region in meeting Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives.
- Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)
- Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
- Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related
procedures. - Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
- Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
- Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
- Serves as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support.
- Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.
SALARY RANGE: 100800 - 126000SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

Coaches and reviews the work of lower level specialists; may manage projects / processes.

**Innovation and Complexity: **Problems and issues faced are difficult, and may require understanding of multiple issues, job areas or specialties.
Makes improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of the job area.
Analysis provided is in-depth in nature and often provides recommendations on process improvements.
**Communication and Influence: **Communicates with senior internal and external customers and vendors.
Exchange information of facts, statuses, ideas and issues to achieve objective, and influence decision-making.
**Leadership and Talent Management: **May provide guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area.
May manage projects, requiring delegation of work and review of others' work product.
**Required Knowledge and Experience: **High School Diploma or equivalent with 8 years experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or related EP mapping experience (OR Associate's Degree with 6 years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 4 years experience).
