A Day in the Life＜ポジション名＞ Sales Excellence & AI Consultant (Surgical Tokyo)＜勤務地＞ 品川本社

＜部門について＞

Surgical Operation Unit (サージカル)では、外科用医療機器メーカーのパイオニアとして、外科手術で使用されるステープリング、エナジー、スーチャー、ヘルニアなどの医療機器を中心とした製品を取り扱っています。また外科手術支援ロボット及びデジタルサージェリー製品部門と共に構成された事業部になります。

＜業務内容＞

本ポジションは、全社AI戦略およびガバナンスの中核を担いながら、セールスエクセレンス（Sales CoE）と業務高度化をAIで実装・定着させるリーダーポジションである。

経営層および各部門と密接に連携し、AIを「実験」ではなく事業成果・営業成果・業務品質向上に直結する経営インフラとして確立することをミッションとする。

業務内容には以下が含まれます。

１．AI戦略・ガバナンスの確立

• 全社AI活用ロードマップの策定

• セキュリティ、個人情報保護、説明責任を踏まえた

• AI利用ガイドラインの策定

• 社内教育・啓発の推進

• 経営層・各部門と連携したAI活用テーマの優先順位付け

２．セールスエクセレンス業務（Center of Excellence for Sales）

• データサイエンス＋営業戦略推進

• 営業分析と営業戦略および戦術の提案

• 施策の進捗とPMO的支援の実施、エリア分析、営業数字分析、競合分析と提供

• 各リージョンおよびブロックにて作成する資料のテンプレート化

３．AI活用による業務改善

• コンプライアンス業務のAI活用・高度化

• イベント申請（講演会、説明会、学会関連等）における事前相談時の一次対応窓口のAI化設計・運用

• 社内規程・業界ガイドライン（医療機器・製薬関連）を踏まえた

• 申請内容の論点整理

• 不備・リスクポイントの自動抽出

• コンプライアンス部門の判断業務を支援するAIワークフロー構築

• 営業およびマーケティング業務のAI活用推進

• 営業現場で活用可能なAIツールの設計・導入による営業活動の効率化

• 分析業務の効率化・自動化
