About the Role

Mc Kesson is hiring Central Fill Pharmacy Technicians in Jeffersonville, Indiana. As a Prescription Fulfillment Technician, you’ll support automated pharmacy operations by preparing, packaging, and distributing medications. You’ll ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance while contributing to Mc Kesson’s mission of improving healthcare outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Perform medication packaging and distribution with precision

• Fill and verify prescriptions using pharmacy systems

• Stock automated cells and manage inventory through barcode scanning

• Maintain HIPAA compliance and pharmacy protocols to protect patient safety

• Support daily production goals in a fast‑paced healthcare logistics environment

Basic Requirements

• 3 years of experience in pharmacy or a relevant field

Critical Skills/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician License or In‑Training License

Preferred Skills

• PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician

• 1+ years of pharmacy technician experience

• Strong computer skills; warehouse or healthcare logistics experience a plus

Schedule & Pay

• 1st Shift: Mon–Fri (10 AM–7:30 PM) + every 3rd Sat (12–8:30 PM) | $18.95/hr

• 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri (2 PM–11 PM) + every 3rd Sat (12–8:30 PM) | $19.95/hr

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

• Stand/walk continuously for 8+ hours per shift

• Perform bending, twisting, and reaching tasks
