Le coordonnateur de gestion de quart joue un rôle clé dans la gouvernance, la coordination administrative et la gestion des employés. Il/elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les superviseurs et sera appelé à travailler sur les différents quarts de travail, selon les besoins (disponible du dimanche au vendredi 24h/24).
Responsabilités spécifiques

Soutenir le chef principal des opérations dans les suivis et priorités.

Collaborer pour aligner opérations, besoins en personnel et surtemps.

Évaluer le besoin de caristes afin d’optimiser le flux opérationnel.
-
Coordonner le volume promotionnel avec l’entrepôt.
-
Assurer la fluidité du flux opérationnel dans les secteurs identifiés
-
Agir comme levier afin d’assurer la productivité et l’efficacité des secteurs identifiés.
-
Valider, suivre et assurer les enquêtes sur les teepee non complétés et codage effectué.
-
Apporter un soutien constant et répondre aux questions de l’équipe.
-
Collaborer avec les intervenants afin de maintenir un environnement de travail positif et motivant.
-
Soutenir l’exécution des formations et le suivi des nouvelles embauches.
-
Assurer la conformité aux formations exigées par Mc Kesson.
-
Veiller au respect des règles, procédures et lois en vigueur.
-
Participer à la préparation, rédaction et production de présentations et documents.
-
Mettre à jour les rapports d’opération.
-
Rédiger et transmettre la correspondance générale ou confidentielle.
-
Assurer la mise à jour des dossiers électroniques.
-
Participer et appuyer la planification, la communication et l’avancement des projets.
-
Être un leader en santé et sécurité au travail (SST) et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques auprès de l’équipe.
-
Remplacer les superviseurs selon les besoins.
Le/la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. Veuillez noter que le nombre de postes dont les tâches requièrent une connaissance de la langue anglaise a été restreint dans la mesure du possible.
