Pay: $29.37–$36.71/hr

Schedule:

• Mon 3:45 AM–12:15 PM ($1.50/hr. Night -Shift Differential)
• Tue–Fri 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• Training: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and repair electronic and mechanical systems (conveyors, A-Frames, printers, compressors, strappers, automated equipment).

• Troubleshoot electrical issues to reduce downtime.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics.

• Support all facility maintenance functions and learn new systems.

• Train team members and work with vendors/contractors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills (relay logic, microprocessor controls, power feeders, transformers, generators, PLCs).

• 2+ years in mechanical/HVAC or electrical work.

• Ability to problem-solve during regular and on‑call hours.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays.

Preferred

• NEC knowledge, light electrical construction.

• Experience with Windows XP/7 and work order systems.

• Understanding of LOTO and OSHA.

• Leadership and communication skills.

• Technical degree or trade certification.
