Key Responsibilities - Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for identity lifecycle and access management features. - Partner with technology leadership to define project scope and proactively identify requirement-related risks and dependencies. - Facilitate structured discussions with cross-functional teams to define and document Business Requirements Documents (BRDs); validate it with business stakeholders. - Collaborate with architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Create user stories, Epics, and tasks in Jira or Azure DevOps in collaboration with technical leads. - Serve as a liaison between business and development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. - Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for McDonald’s custom IAM application and IAM concepts. - Collaborate with QA/testing teams to support defect analysis, triage, and resolution. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business teams for validation. - Operate within Agile Scrum frameworks; familiarity with Agile Architecture principles is preferred. - Maintain strong communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders. ## Qualifications Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Business Technical Analyst roles, preferably in IAM or security domains. - Strong understanding of IAM concepts (Identity lifecycle, RBAC, ABAC, MFA, consent management). - Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). - Proven ability to coordinate across business and technical teams. - Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for user story and feature management. - Familiarity with ASP.Net applications and Azure platform (no coding required). - Experience with IAM tools like SailPoint or Saviynt is a plus. - Experience working in an Agile environment. - Basic understanding of cloud computing and identity governance. (no coding required) Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Entra ID, Virtual Directory Services (VDS). - Experience in HR system integrations for identity feeds. - Strong analytical and documentation skills.
