This position requires an active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the TS/SCI level with CI polygraph.

This role supports mission users by transforming complex data into actionable insights, improving analysis speed, rigor, and decision quality. The position contributes to AI-enabled, data-driven solutions that help users work across complex datasets at scale, improve operational outcomes, and accelerate the delivery of mission-relevant applications and services. All work is performed in secure environments. Work location is Joint Base Anacostia, Arlington, VA, or Reston, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open-source information
• Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations
• Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 8-12 years of experience.
• Expert in complex requirements analysis, business process modeling, and intelligence assessments.
• Leads analytical efforts and mentors junior staff.
• Develops sophisticated analytical methodologies.
• Active Top Secret clearance with CI Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with system integration and database management
• Relevant technical or project management certifications
• Ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.

• The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $83,000.00 - $139,000.00 annually.

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
