Role:Mastercard Revenue Operations & Enablement, part of Revenue Accounting Services in GBSC, is seeking a skilled Program Manager to support the function of Operational Excellence. The Manager, Program Management will ensure smooth and efficient business processes, identify improvement areas, and implement strategies to enhance operational performance. This role requires a strong understanding of business analysis, project management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, and recommend improvements to operational processes.
- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional programs and projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to milestones and deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and implement operational assurance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct assessments to identify operational risks and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with teams to design and implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Monitor and report on KPIs to track operational performance.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with operational processes and projects.
- Oversee the implementation of operational projects for Revenue systems and solutions.
- Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
- Develop and implement metrics to monitor and evaluate operational performance.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance and project status to senior management.
All About You:
- Proven experience in operational assurance, program management, and/or technical product management roles.
- Proven, multi-year experience in program management, operations assurance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in operational assurance.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
- Technical proficiency and experience with product development and implementation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience in the financial services or technology industry.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
