About the role
As a Consultant, Advisors & Consulting Services, Strategy & Transformation, you will be part of the Engineering team at Mastercard. You will work on challenging problems and contribute to the company's mission.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
- Optimize application performance and reliability
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems
- Debug and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Document technical designs and implementation details

- Understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages
