Overview:

The Internal Systems & Automation Technology team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to drive our employee experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the employee experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, and configure solutions on the Service Now platform with focus on IT Asset Management (SAM & HAM & ITOM).
• Customize workflows, business rules, and UI policies to support asset lifecycle and enterprise wide software license requests.
• Integrate Service Now with external systems using REST API and SOAP API.
• Ensure compliance with Service Now best practices and maintain platform performance.
• Collaborate with product owner and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.

All About You:

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

• Strong hands-on experience in Service Now development and configuration.
• Expertise in ITAM modules (Software Asset Management, Hardware Management and ITOM).
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML.
• Advanced experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, Python).
• Knowledge of SCCM, Intune and JAMF.
• Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and communicate clearly
• Always look for potential solutions to solve problems
• Good to have the exposure to other Service Now modules
