Specialist, Project Management and Solutions, Network & Switching

Role Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for driving successful project delivery by establishing clear project definitions and enabling seamless cross‑functional coordination through effective release execution. This role ensures alignment of project goals, timelines, and outcomes while maintaining strong governance and measurable performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end‑to‑end project delivery by defining scope, objectives, and success criteria
Align project goals with business and stakeholder expectations
Establish and track measurable KPIs to monitor project performance and outcomes
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution across all project phases
Schedule and lead regular alignment and status meetings with key stakeholders
Clearly document project scope, requirements, assumptions, and dependencies
Develop and manage phased project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively manage mitigation plans
Ensure clear communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
