Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver complex projects
Solid understanding of distributed systems and API design
Experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, QA)
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively
Passion for building inclusive, user-centered software
Nice to Have:
Experience in fintech, banking integrations, or subscription systems
Familiarity with observability tools and performance optimization
Exposure to agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Why Join Us?
