About the Role:

We invite applications from skilled Mainframe Assembler Engineers to oversee the maintenance and ongoing development of the Pi Net Batch solution—a vital peer-to-peer file transfer system integral to data centers within the Danish financial sector. This solution underpins clearing and payment services and operates solely on IBM mainframe platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the Pi Net Batch client software and codebase.
• Implement and validate modifications in Assembler code.
• Deliver support and comprehensive documentation for sector participants
• Facilitate the annual exchange of cryptographic keys (DKMS).
• Conduct DBA tasks related to DBIO and Pi Net Batch.
• Coordinate sector-wide activities and address risks associated with legacy systems.
• Aid across other mainframe areas – support and development.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with IBM mainframe environments (ISPF/TSO, JES).

• Advanced proficiency in Assembler programming, particularly in maintaining Panels and Batch processes.

• In-depth knowledge of COBOL programming.

• Familiarity with REXX and the interface between Batch and transport layers.

• Proven experience with cryptographic key procedures and security protocols.

• Proficiency with Connect Direct or IBM Sterling Integrator.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
