- Contribute to delivering an intuitive and high-quality user experience that drives value for customers.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Experience Designers to understand user needs and validate new features.
- Identify opportunities to improve testing strategies, processes, and overall team efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews, testing strategy discussions, and quality initiatives across teams.
- Continuously explore new tools and technologies to enhance quality engineering capabilities.
- Take ownership of personal development while contributing to the growth and success of the broader team.
All About You:
- Hands on experience as a Software Quality Engineer, Software Engineer in Test, or Test Automation Engineer with hands-on involvement in building and maintaining automated testing solutions.
- Strong understanding of software testing techniques including UI testing, automated testing, and test-driven development approaches.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Proficiency with modern testing and development tools such as Playwright, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with unit testing frameworks (Java Spring Boot preferred).
- Strong SQL expertise, including validating data, troubleshooting issues, and supporting end-to-end testing across data systems.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL, and familiarity with Snowflake, Mix Panel and/or Playwright is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand system behavior end-to-end.
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow structured testing and validation processes.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related field. Equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
