Senior Analyst, Program Management

Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.
Role
The Senior Analyst will join the Insights & Enablement team, a global group focused on enabling Data & Services to make data-driven decisions and operate effectively and efficiently. This role will report to the Director of Insights & Enablement and will play a key role in driving capacity management initiatives across the global Data & Services consulting organization (~2,500 consultants).
This position will lead and project manage multiple capacity management initiatives, partnering closely with senior leaders as well as internal technical and staffing teams. The Senior Analyst will also provide day-to-day leadership to global peers at the same level to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and on time.

Project manage multiple capacity management initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business priorities

Partner effectively with senior leaders to understand objectives, provide insights, and influence decisions

Collaborate closely with internal technical, staffing, and operations teams to drive execution

Lead and coordinate global team members at the same level, fostering alignment and accountability without direct authority
-
Understand internal client needs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
-
Clearly define problem statements and structure analytical approaches to address them
-
Execute analyses independently, leveraging existing tools and data sources
-
Synthesize insights, implications, and recommendations into clear, concise, and compelling PowerPoint materials
-
Take full ownership for implementing agreed initiatives and tracking progress against milestones

Build strong relationships with manager- and senior-level stakeholders to guide impactful decisions

Proactively plan and prioritize work across initiatives, escalating risks or dependencies as needed

Seek opportunities to deepen business knowledge and continue professional growth

Act as a professional and mature leader in all interactions

All About You & Experience
-
Business, economics, analytics, or related degree
-
3–5 years of experience in analytical, operations, or consulting roles
-
Demonstrated experience managing projects or initiatives across multiple stakeholders
-
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) preferred
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
-
Experience collaborating with or leading global peers in a matrixed environment
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
-
High degree of ownership, accountability, and drive to grow one’s career
