Job Summary
Summary: Leads a team of digital professionals within a designated specialty or area. Contributes to decisions on implementing, maintaining, and optimizing digital resources and processes within the specialty. Ensures effective execution of digital initiatives aligned with team goals
Essential Functions-Works with Digital directors to establish the team's goals and objectives, often participating in defining work products and timelines.
-Manages the day-to-day activities of a team of Digital professionals. Focuses on producing the team’s deliverables on time and within budget.
-Employs service management and/or project management methodologies to deliver high-quality work products.
-Attracts, retains, and develops high-quality staff.
-Establishes and maintains a work environment conducive to high performance.
-Promotes and encourages a high-quality customer service experience for all customers – internal and external.
-Collaborates well with other teams and departments to produce results.
-Manages medium complexity projects and/or services.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree Information Systems required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

Experience:
Experience working in digital specialty/area that the management position oversees 5-7 years required
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in project management, product management, and/or service management methods.
- Proven ability to attract, mentor, and develop staff.
- Demonstrated experience as a collaborator, working across different teams/groups and with vendors to achieve results.
