At Mass Eye and Ear, we don’t just deliver anesthesia—we enable sight-saving, airway-securing, and life-changing surgeries every day. As a nationally ranked specialty hospital affiliated with Harvard, we care for some of the most complex ENT, ophthalmology, and head and neck patients in the world.

We’re looking for full-time and part-time CRNAs who thrive on precision, teamwork, and purpose. The CRNA provides continuous anesthesia assessment, implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the direction of a physician.

We have Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available with various day & evening shifts and schedules. Starting annual pay of $270,000/yr. We are also offering a sign on bonus if $40,000 to welcome you to our team. • Provide general and regional anesthesia for complex ENT and eye surgeries

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and School of Nurse Anesthesia. Current Massachusetts RN license.

Certification or re-certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist.

Current Massachusetts Board of Nursing Expanded Role Certification.

Good oral and written communication skills and leadership qualities.

ACLS/PALS Certification Preferred: BA or BSN in Nursing Membership in professional nursing organization desired.
