The salary range for this position is $240,000 to $275,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Qualifications:
Endocrinologist – Salem Hospital, a member of Mass General Brigham
Position Summary Salem Hospital, a member of Mass General Brigham and the largest community hospital on the North Shore, is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join our established and collegial Division of Endocrinology. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a collaborative and patient-centered environment with access to world-class resources.
About the Practice
- Join a robust, growing practice of 11 Endocrinologists and1 Nurse Practitioner.
- Provide comprehensive endocrine services including diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, osteoporosis, and metabolic bone disease management.
- Opportunities for sub-specialization and clinical focus areas within Endocrinology.
- Collaborative team environment with access to on-site diabetes education, nutrition, and endocrine testing services.
- Inpatient endocrine consults supported by the group on a rotating schedule.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree, with completion of an accredited Endocrinology fellowship.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
- Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate, and inclusive patient care.
