Bulfinch Temps hires for long term temporary employees. This is a great way to get your foot in the door at MGH and affiliates! Please note you must have ambulatory experience and be able to work at least 3 days per week (between M-F) this roles are not benefits eligible. Pay starts at $45 per hour and goes up based on years of experience. Please disregard pay range listed our range is higher.

Job Summary:

Responsible for patient care, collaboration within interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest standards of healthcare are maintained through skilled nursing expertise, support, and advocacy for patients.Does this position require Patient Care? Yes
Essential Functions
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
-Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
-Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and assist in treatments and procedures.
-Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
-Educate patients and families on health management and post-care instructions.
-Uphold infection control measures to ensure a safe clinical environment.
-Respond efficiently and effectively to emergent situations, demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required or Master's Degree Related Field of Study preferred

Experience:

Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required and Hospital or managed care experience 1-2 years preferred
