Reporting to the Administrative Director, Office for Clinical Careers (OCC), and in consultation with the Office for Work-Life Integration (OWLI) and the Office for Career Transitions (OCT) Faculty Directors, the senior program coordinator for OWLI and OCT is responsible for high-level project management and analytical support for both offices, as well as the other Center for Academic Development and Enrichment (CADE) offices as needed. This position will help the OWLI meet its goal: to promote and support the academic career advancement of faculty and trainees who are caregivers by identifying barriers to job retention and job satisfaction and designing and implementing programs that promote professional fulfillment and career development, and enhance work-life integration for all faculty and trainees.
