Summary:
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of speech-language pathologists or speech therapists, ensuring the provision of high-quality services, maintaining standards and compliance, fostering professional development, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Essential Functions
-Directly supervise a team of speech-language pathologists or speech therapists.
-Assign caseloads, provide clinical supervision, and monitor the progress of therapy sessions.
-Conduct regular team meetings to discuss cases, share best practices, and address concerns or challenges.
-Provide ongoing professional development opportunities and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
-Ensure that therapy services comply with professional standards, ethics, and regulations.
-Develop and implement clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain consistency and quality of services.

Master's Degree Speech Language Pathology required:

Licenses and Credentials:
- Speech-language Pathologist State License
- Generic
- HR Only required Basic Life Support BLS Certification
- Data Conversion
- Various Issuers preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology CCC-SLP - American Speech Language Hearing Association preferred
Experience:
Clinical experience as a speech-language pathologist. 5-7 years required and Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role 2-3 years preferred
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of speech therapy principles, techniques, and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively lead and manage a team.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications for documentation and scheduling.
