Your Team, Your Impact

The Principal System Architect will be a key contributor to driving memory scale-up infra for CPU as well as GPU to unlock memory wall problems for AI interface/training. The memory wall causes increased energy costs, slower training times, higher inference latency, and limits on the maximum size of AI models.

What You Can Expect

• Leading architecture for data center Super Pod AI Infrastructure to meet customer requirement.
• Designing state-of-the-art system architecture for CXL & PCIE & UALink scale up fabric
• Building end-to-end solutions from application level to hardware level for scalability and performance optimization.
• Benchmark system performance and identify the bottleneck for the improvement.
• Writing effective, clear and reliable architecture specifications
• Evaluating new technologies, innovating and rapidly developing proof of concept prototypes that can then be developed into full-fledged products/solutions
• Working with customers on advanced and groundbreaking technologies and solutions

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 10-15 years of related professional experience.
• Master’s degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 5-10 years of experience.
• 10 years of hands on experience with scalability, and performance, including hardware-software co-optimization (GPUs/NPUs) for AI inference/training.
• Extensive knowledge and working experience with scale-up and scale-out infrastructure.
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Architect or Systems Architect; Within that, strong experience as a Software Developer.
• Deep knowledge of and experience with NVIDIA CUDA and Python
• Hands-on AI inference or training experience.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently
• Direct customer interaction and involvement
• Project or time management skills
• Excellent critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Fluency (conversational and/or technical) in English
• Excellent team-work skills able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

166,520 - 249,500, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
