Our Graduate Program is a valuable investment in Marsh Norway's future. We have a wide range of functions and positions that can meet your career ambitions. You usually work with us as either a specialist or a generalist. As a specialist, you have deep knowledge in one or more industries or insurance areas and ensure that our customers always have the best insurance solutions. As a generalist, you work with sales, customer and supplier relationships or project management.

Your Profile:
In order for you to thrive with us at Marsh, we also believe that you have the ambition to be part of a global organization. Areas like insurance, risk management, HR consulting and investment awaken your interest, and finding solutions for complex issues motivates you. Candidates with these qualifications are preferred, but we welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and experience:

• In the last year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Economics, Management, Law, HR or similar fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Norwegian.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Ambitious, brave and enjoy working at a high pace with a lot of customer contact.
• Interested in having your own areas of responsibility and running projects.
