A day in the life.

As our Account Manager on the **Personal Lines **team, you’ll be responsible for the growth and management of private client accounts by meeting monthly and annual production goals. You will be a mentor to associates on your team and serve as an advisor and consultant to our client. It is essential that you have a good understanding of the marketplace, along with building and maintaining strong relationships with our insurance carrier partners. Successful candidates will have:

• Superb customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Self-starter with demonstrated resourcefulness
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Exceptional Attention to Detail

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance coverages with a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the insurance industry
• P&C Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Regular Salaried

The applicable base salary range for this role is $51,800 to $92,200. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
