We are seeking a　talented　individual　to　join　our　Legal　Compliance　and　Public　Affairs　team　as　Compliance　Specialist. This role is based in Tokyo, Japan. This is a role that has hybrid working requirement of working in the office at least three days in a week.

• 本ポジションは東京を拠点とし、Marsh Mercer Japanの法務・コンプライアンス（LCPA）リーダーにレポートします。
• 主な役割は、Marsh Mercer Japan の法務およびコンプライアンス業務を支援し、一部の業務は独立して対応することです。
• また、Marshの日本法人（MercerおよびMarshグループ会社）と連携し、事業環境や戦略を理解した上で潜在的リスクに関する助言や指導を行います。
• 適用法令を遵守することを確実にし、日本における法務・コンプライアンス戦略、プロセス、目標を実行します。

We will count on you to:

• 日本法に基づく商業・企業法務、デジタル・データプライバシー、贈収賄防止、マネーロンダリング防止（AML）、貿易制裁、公正取引・競争、事業構造・モデル、M&A、雇用、保険および再保険に関する幅広い法務・コンプライアンス問題の分析および助言を提供すること。
• 日本における高リスクのコンプライアンス課題を予測・特定し、迅速に対応策を策定・実行すること。
• サイバーおよびデータプライバシー管理、データインシデント対応およびプライバシーマーク認証維持の支援を行うこと。
• 反競争、接待・贈答、マネーロンダリング防止、制裁、Client First Principles、顧客サービス契約、過誤・脱漏（E&O）などのコンプライアンス基準の遵守状況を監視すること。
• 法務・コンプライアンス研修の実施、内部調査の管理、社内各部門との連携を通じて倫理的かつ法令遵守の企業文化を推進すること。

What you need to have:

• 英語および日本語に堪能で、優れた翻訳能力を有していること。
• コンプライアンス管理および研修の実務経験が5年以上あること。
• 金融庁管轄の日本の保険・金融規制、一般企業法務・商法、個人情報保護規制に関する専門知識を有していること。
• 複雑なコンプライアンス・法務問題を独立して迅速かつ的確に分析できる能力。
• 優れた文書作成能力、データ管理能力、組織力を持っていること。
• 高い倫理観とプロフェッショナリズムを持ち、ビジネス目標とコンプライアンスのバランスを取れること。
