• IT Product Support

• We are seeking a Specialist

• IT Product Support to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Assist Project Managers and Technical Leads in the planning, implementation and ongoing support of Legal and Privacy related applications
• Identify and document business and technical requirements; ensure that resulting implementation plans match expectations
• Partner with stakeholders to develop test scripts and define success criteria for user acceptance testing
• Create and maintain product related documentation and standards; assist in the onboarding of new applications
• Conduct research to identify new or existing tools to satisfy stakeholder needs/requirements
• Monitor and manage support tickets that are logged by end users
• Identify, track, and resolve end-user issues

What you need to have:

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in technical support and business analysis
• Basic understanding/awareness of global privacy regulations
• Working knowledge of integrations, workflow tools as well as experience configuring SaaS applications is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Level of English is a Must
