About the Role:
As a Team Manager in Oliver Wyman’s Presentation Studio, you lead a team of designers responsible for delivering high-quality, on-brand presentations that help our consultants tell clear and compelling stories. You are the bridge between your team, our Regional Manager, and our clients — ensuring that every deliverable meets our standards for quality, tone, and professionalism.
We are hiring this role for the afternoon shift. Schedule from 2: 00 PM – 11:00 PM. (1 day in the office)
What You’ll Do
Lead the Team:

Build and guide a team of presentation designers to deliver consistent, high-quality work.

Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and coach your team to improve both craft and communication.

Foster a supportive, inclusive culture built on clarity, trust, and accountability.
Quality and Consistency:
-
Review and coach designers on visual storytelling, brand alignment, and communication tone.

Reinforce our global quality standards so every deliverable feels “Excellence by Design.”

Turn every review into a learning opportunity — explaining not just what to improve, but why.
Support Daily Delivery:

Act as the first line of problem-solving for the team: clarify briefs, guide prioritization, and remove blockers.

Keep designers calm and confident under pressure by maintaining clear communication and focus.

Partner closely with the coordination team to ensure smooth handovers and predictable delivery.
Build Consultant Relationships:

Maintain open, constructive relationships with consultants — gathering feedback proactively.

Use feedback to recognize success, identify trends, and guide coaching or process improvement.

Represent your team professionally in all communications and align expectations clearly.
Develop People and Culture:
-
Set quarterly growth goals and support individual development through coaching and feedback.

Encourage curiosity, learning, and the adoption of new tools, including AI-driven design workflows.

Recognize achievements and foster a culture where progress, not perfection, defines success.
Collaborate and Escalate:

Act as the communication bridge between designers, the Regional Manager, and operations.

Escalate issues early with clarity and transparency, ensuring resolution and shared learning.

Share insights and feedback upwards to strengthen global consistency and improve processes.
