A day in the life.

As our Publications Associate on the Publications Department team, you’ll work as part of the publications team to produce high quality client and prospect focused presentations, collateral, and communications in compliance with company branding guidelines and standards. You will interact with and provide service to a large group of internal associates at all levels of the organization. You must be collaborative and approachable, and work effectively with diverse personalities.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to operate standard office equipment

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Experience with Brainshark, Flip Book, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
