Were looking for a passionate Project Coordinator / Manager to join our Europe team. You'll play a key role in leading and supporting projects across the Europe and UK region, especially in the DACH (German-speaking) and Eastern European markets.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading the planning and delivery of client projects, whether they are standalone or part of bigger programs,
- Defining, tracking, and reporting on project goals, risks, and timelines for both internal teams and clients,
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to meet and exceed client expectations,
- Managing multiple projects at once, keeping an eye on quality and deadlines,
- Spotting potential risks early and finding solutions to keep projects on track,
- Helping improve and standardize project processes for better efficiency and risk management,
- Clearly communicating project needs, deadlines, and technical details to everyone involved,
- Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure success,
- Managing project budgets responsibly and ensuring financial accountability,
- Making sure all work follows company policies and industry standards.
What were looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally in HR or consulting,
- A relevant university degree (Business, Economics, Psychology, Engineering, or similar) or equivalent experience,
- Project management certification is a plus (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile),
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
- Native Czech speaker with fluent English (English will be your main working language). Additional European language skills, especially German, are a bonus.
