We are seeking a talented individual to join our Data Analytics and Insight team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Understand our business and data sources and data quickly and not be shy of asking any questions to do that

Deliver accurate outputs in a timely manner, with a high degree of self checks

Surface insights from the analysis in individual and team meetings

Develop dynamic dashboards that provide insights and visualization into performance relative to KPIs, projections, and historical performance, identify opportunities for new and existing business and take complete ownership

Multi-task on multiple projects on tight timelines occasionally

What you need to have:

4-6 years of progressive experience mining large complex data sets, using a variety of advanced techniques and building storyboarded dynamic dashboard

Proven experience in sales analytics, data visualization, and reporting using PowerBI & well versed with Power Queries, relationships & DAX

Very confident with all the advance functions in Excel including macros

Ability to manage multiple deliverables with ease, independently

Excellent verbal and written communication skills- ability to communicate clearly and in a timely fashion, across levels

Ability to surface opportunities for analysis and process improvements and work on executing those in an agile manner

Eligibility

Minimum 12 months experience as Lead S pecialist (D1) / Manager (D2)

Should have at least “On-Track” or equivalent rating in last appraisal.

Should not be under any Performance Counselling Plan or had any official disciplinary action within the last 3 months.

Should not have applied for any other IJP in the last 3 months
