Intern – AI Area (3 - months internship)

We are seeking a motivated and business-oriented AI Intern to support the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence solutions across the organization. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about AI from a strategic, operational, and change-management perspective rather than a purely technical development role.

The AI Business Intern will work closely with senior colleagues to accelerate AI adoption, improve AI literacy across teams, and serve as a key point of contact for internal AI-related resources and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities1.

Support AI Adoption Across the Organization:

• Assist in identifying business processes where AI tools can improve efficiency and outcomes

• Support change management initiatives related to AI implementation

• Gather feedback from departments on AI usage and adoption challenges

• Monitor and report on AI tool utilization across teams

• Assist in coordinating AI-related projects and internal initiatives

• Support documentation of AI strategies and internal best practices

• Continuously update training materials based on new tools and company needs

• Serve as a first-level contact for colleagues seeking information about available AI tools and materials

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Economics, Innovation, Data Science, or related field
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and its business applications
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Strong presentation and content-creation abilities
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Familiarity with common AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, analytics tools)
