Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working three days in office.

Senior Technical Project Manager

This role will lead the delivery of technology projects including software development, cloud, AI initiatives, SaaS implementations, and IT infrastructure programs

We will count on you to:

• Lead the planning and delivery of IT projects across multiple workstreams.

• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.

• Work closely with stakeholders including business teams, IT teams, and vendors.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports.

• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Manage vendor relationships and support contract or SLA discussions.

• Track project financials and resource usage.

• Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely decision-making.

• Support delivery teams and encourage continuous improvement.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.

• 8–12+ years of experience managing IT projects or programs.

• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience managing project financials and resources.

• Experience working with vendors in a multi-team environment.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.

• Experience delivering AI, cloud (AWS/Azure), or SaaS solutions is preferred.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Familiar with tools such as MS Project, Planview, or Azure DevOps.

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, Share Point, and Visio.

• Understanding of SDLC and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
