Role: Treaty Broker

• Assistant Vice President / Vice President

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Broking Team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines.

We will count on you to:

• Manage all aspects of new, renewal and prospective business for multinational accounts including the marketing and solicitation of accounts and the preparation / presentation of research, financial analysis, placements and formal documentation execution.

• Develop and prepare presentation materials for new business, renewals and prospective clients.

• Produce and manage business development and revenue generation for the assigned clients.

• Support the best broking practices, which includes client proposal, presentation, market submission and execution, etc.

• Work with other brokers, technical support and placement teams to ensure a full quality process of the business.

• Make sure the business operations and documentation are conducted according to compliance and professional standards.

What you need to have:

• Prior experience in reinsurance.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and/or projects.

• Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and to work in a team.
