Mercer is seeking a Management Consulting Intern (student-worker) to join their Nordic Executive Remuneration team in Stockholm, Sweden. This is a unique opportunity to balance your studies with a rewarding role in the consulting industry, approximately 1-3 days per week.

Mercer’s Nordic Executive Remuneration team specializes in providing tailored and independent high-quality consulting advice on executive remuneration. We deliver best-in-class analytics, data-driven insights, and strategic solutions to help organizations of all sizes and industries align their executive reward strategies with business goals and success. Our insights are trusted at the highest levels of corporate decision-making, including Boards of Directors and senior executives.

This part-time position may offer the opportunity to transition to a permanent role for the right candidate after completion of the studies.

The role: Management Consulting Student worker We will count on you to:

• Assist the team in developing customer presentations and proposals.
• Support in various projects at an analytical level.
• Collaborate closely with consultants to learn and gain hands-on experience in consulting projects.

What you need to have:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (master’s is a plus) in economics, business studies, statistics, or a related field (ideally final or penultimate year).
• Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Swedish/Nordic language is meritorious.
• A detailed approach to tasks, with the ability to think critically, and learn new processes and systems quickly.

• Local residency in Stockholm, with flexibility to work at least 8 hours over 1-3 days per week.
