• We're seeking for our next Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join the Human Resources Team in Santiago
• Chile.

We will count on you to:

• Manage all Human Resources data.
• Handle and control personnel budgets, including benefits, training, and compensation.
• Oversee closing controls and coordinate with finance.
• Prepare budget forecasts.
• Provide additional support as needed.

What you need to have:

• New graduate or a bachelor's degree with graduation no more than 4 years in Control and Management Engineer, Accountants, Administrator, Commercial Engineer, Economics, or related careers.
• Internship experience or no more than 4 years
• English language fluency
• Advanced use of Excel and Power BI
