• · Recibir llamadas entrantes

• Atención a recepción en dado que se necesite

• Retención de clientes

• Comunicación vía mail con los clientes

• Actualización en el sistema sobre los clientes

• Entrega mensual de reportes

¿Qué necesitas tener?

• Escolaridad secundaria con proyección a estudiar universidad
• 2 años de experiencia en seguros patrimoniales o call center de seguros con perfil comercial
• Excel intermedio (tablas dinámicas)
• Inglés básico
• Manejo básico de office
