We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in Brisbane. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This is a rare opportunity to grow your career by supporting a dynamic Risk Management team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, developing your technical expertise, and contributing to innovative insurance solutions that protect and empower our clients.

We will count on you to:

• Work in a team-based servicing environment, supporting Risk Management clients through their insurance renewals and annual insurance cycle
• Provide support to Senior Account Executives and Principals with portfolio management
• Assist in the development, implementation, and management of risk management and insurance programmes that accurately address client needs
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, acquiring and understanding their business and insurance needs
• Identify products that benefit clients and meet their needs, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, policy accounting information, and other documentation
• Liaise and negotiate with clients, underwriters, and claims managers while developing a basic technical understanding of relevant classes of insurance

What you need to have:

• Tier 1 qualification (or be prepared to commence studies)
• Experience in an insurance broking, claims, or underwriting environment
• A dedication to quality in all aspects of work performance and client services, with a passion for customer service
• Strong teamwork skills, maintaining solid working relationships with colleagues, clients, insurers, and other stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with various audiences
• Computer literacy, including intermediate skills in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
