• We are seeking a talented individual to join our Systems Administration team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City

• Paseo. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

• As a Senior Analyst

• Systems Administration, you will focus on implementing and supporting core technical services and applications managed by the MMC Tech Domain 1. You will contribute to NERA and Actuarial projects, participate in broader OWG and Marsh initiatives, and be responsible for problem-solving, knowledge creation, and developing repeatable processes. You will serve as the escalation point for non-standard issues and incidents and support Help Desk and local support teams as needed.

We will count on you to:

• Implement and support back-end systems and applications.
• Act as technical lead and/or project manager for small to mid-size projects.
• Participate in critical initiatives across NERA, Actuarial, OWG Tech, and MMC Tech.
• Analyze trends and perform root cause analysis.
• Create knowledge and improve process efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with the team and business stakeholders.
• Provide escalation support and back up Help Desk and local support teams.
• Manage technology assets, patching, and provisioning.
• Mentor team members and provide leadership.

What you need to have:

• Degree in Computer Systems Engineering or Mobile Application Development.
• 4+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows PC OS and hardware troubleshooting.
• Practical knowledge of LAN/WAN networking.
• Experience managing Active Directory objects, including sites and services, trusts, replication, DFS, and core AD functions.
• Experience with back-end enterprise application installation, management, and support on distributed networks.
• Proficiency with M365 core applications, NTFS permissions management, and Windows server configuration and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
