  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects under tight deadlines with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Strategic mindset with a relentless drive for excellence and continuous improvement
  • Prepare clear, concise executive and board level materials
  • Curious with the ability to work in ambiguous environments comfortably
  • 8 - 10 years' Financial services experience

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience navigating and structuring sophisticated transactions within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives on challenge and drives initiatives to completion

Why join our team:

  • We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders
  • We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities
