• 東京からの業務移管に伴う増員。主に企業の自動車保険契約に関わる営業事務をご担当いただきます。
• 業務引継ぎのため、東京オフィス在籍の法人営業チームとのコミュニケーションも多く、広くご活躍いただきます。

自動車保険(フリート契約)に関わる営業事務として主に以下をご担当いただきます。

• 契約の更改/異動処理
• 車両管理（社内管理システム使用）
• 請求書発行/入金管理
• 顧客対応（電話・メール）
• 保険会社との連携
• その他庶務

What you need to have / 求める経験スキル：

• 損害保険業務経験（自動車保険）
• PCスキル（Excel、Word、Outlook、Teams）ビジネスレベル
• Excel（VLOOKUPなど関数の使用）

What makes you stand out / 歓迎する経験スキル：

• 英語スキルがあれば尚可
• 東京からの業務移管に伴う業務プロセスの変更や、保険会社システムの更新が見込まれるため、これらの変化に柔軟に対応し、業務プロセスの改善を主体的に推進できる方が望ましい
