We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our Marsh Bluestream team. In this role, you will play a vital part in designing, developing, and maintaining our next-generation developer platform, enabling the rapid delivery of client-facing web applications for our global insurance brokerage business.

You will work with a diverse group of talented professionals in a dynamic, start-up-like environment, helping to shape the future of digital solutions. This position will be based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

What you need to have:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant full-stack experience.
• Proficiency in a modern frontend framework, ideally Angular (React or Vue are also acceptable).
• Hands-on experience with NestJS/NodeJS or a similar technology stack (e.g., Spring Boot).
• Strong comprehension of RESTful APIs and authentication standards.
• Practical experience with MongoDB/NoSQL.
• A creative, problem-solving mindset that drives your work.
• A personal curiosity for technology, trends, and standards—someone that other engineers want to work with.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Romanian.

What makes you stand out:

• Practical experience with Kubernetes, DevOps, infrastructure, and observability (e.g., Apigee, DataDog, GitHub Actions).
• Data engineering or data analytics experience using Python/Databricks.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and an appetite for adopting the latest AI-assisted development techniques (LLMs, co-pilot, MCP, etc.).
