We are seeking a talented individual to join our Specialties & Real Estate team at Marsh. This role will be based in Tokyo,Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

金融機関・不動産ファンド・ホテル業界等 のリスク（不動産の毀損リスク、さまざまな賠償リスクなど）に対して必要となる保険の提案・手配を行うチームです。主な顧客は、J-REIT、不動産ファンド、PEファンド、アセットマネジメント会社、金融機関などの法人クライアントです。

We will count on you to:

• 営業担当者として現行顧客企業の保険契約の更新・契約維持対応
• 新規顧客企業への営業開拓及び既存顧客企業への保険契約の拡販
• リスクデュ－・デリジェンス（リスクＤＤ）のサ－ビス提供

What you need to have:

• 損害保険業界経験者または業界を問わず法人営業（無形商品）経験がある方（例：金融、商社、コンサルなど経験者）
• 英語（TOEIC 800程度を希望するが、必須ではない。英語以外の能力が優れていればそちらを優先）
