We are seeking a talented individual to join our Continuous Improvement team at Mercer. This role will be based in Warsaw (Poland). This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Excellence expert to join our team, specializing in driving Continuous Improvement, Artificial Intelligence and Transformation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can facilitate discussions, challenge the status quo, and inspire stakeholders to envision future possibilities.

We will count on you to:

• Facilitate Transformation Event workouts: Lead workouts and meetings with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive organizational change.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning improvement initiatives with business objectives.
• Process Improvement: Utilize Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Lean tools to analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop actionable improvement plans.
• Driving Lean Culture and Capability: Drive culture building and promote lean mindset across the organization through Ideation and A3 project methodology. Should have expertise in driving lean workshops and process improvement mindset.
• Challenge the Status Quo: Encourage innovative thinking and foster a culture of continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and practices.
• Strategic Visioning: Enable stakeholders to see future possibilities by articulating a clear vision for transformation and guiding them through the change process.
• Lean Six Sigma Expertise: Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to drive operational excellence, ensuring projects are executed effectively and deliver measurable results.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to assess process performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
• Presentation Skills: Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting the impact and benefits of proposed changes.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Transformation, or a related field, with a strong focus on Lean Six Sigma, AI and ML methodologies.
• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Lean tools, Value Stream Mapping, PPT making and data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, Excel), AI and ML.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong presence and confidence in presenting to senior leadership and facilitating discussions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience in leading change initiatives and managing resistance to change.
