We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement Team. This role will be based in Guangzhou.

We will count on you to:

• Drive and support on major casualty program placement on nationwide basis
• Lead in Casualty placement strategy including program structure & marketing plan etc.
• Maintains carrier/market contact at appropriate levels needed to execute effectively
• Reviews coverage specifications and policy wording to be submitted to carriers/underwriters.
• Prepare proposal components including analysis of pricing, coverage, services, quote comparisons, financing, commentary and recommendation, identify differences against expiring, claims made, surplus lines, and subjectivities, loss projections, cash flows.
• Delivers submission to carrier/market.
• Requests and oversees follow-up for changes from underwriters.
• Schedules carrier/market presentations.
• Monitors the renewal and binder control system.
• Support Client Executives to effectively service client needs including the accompany of client meeting in need
• Understands and complies with Marsh Compliance and Transparency Standards

What you need to have:

• 10+ years of Casualty insurance experience
• Good understanding of Casualty techniques, Casualty underwriters background is preferred
• Speak fluent English
